At Xorevya, we want your order to arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are cosmetics and personal care items, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unopened
- unused
- in its original packaging
- with any seal or protective packaging intact
- approved by our support team before being sent back
Opened, used, swatched, tested, or damaged cosmetic products cannot be returned.

- your order number
- the item you want to return
- the reason for your return
- clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
- a clear description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- opened or used cosmetics
- products that have been swatched or tested
- items without original packaging
- items without intact protective seals, if applicable
- final sale items
- gift cards
- items damaged due to misuse
- unauthorized returns
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed, we will notify you by email if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to our error.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, or return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error.
Some countries may provide additional consumer rights under local law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
